I was born in Malaysia, to a Dutch Amsterdamer father and Malaysian-Chinese mother. Just as much is my cultural mix, I love integrating both cultures in the food that I make.

Desserts is my addiction and that is why I am a pastry chef. I am responsible for the last impression in the kitchen and it is my responsibility to make sure you talk about it is after your food experience.
